MidWest Operations Solutions was born out of a simple but persistent problem Andrew Kanik encountered over and over: small business owners were working incredibly hard—but still flying blind.
After 20+ years helping companies across industries like printing, engineering, heavy truck repair, and architecture, Andrew saw the same issues repeating themselves—unclear pricing, inconsistent processes, poor financial insight, and a growing disconnect between effort and results.
Too many small business owners were making gut-based decisions without reliable data or strategic support. When they turned to consultants, they were met with high costs, overcomplicated solutions, or generic advice that didn’t fit their world. Andrew knew there had to be a better way—so he built it.
